I’ve been looking for the best men’s boxers out there. Unfortunately, there’s not much to choose from.
Most seem to wear out within 2-3 years. There’s a real market opportunity here for someone to invent long-lasting boxers.

It’s normally the elastic that goes. I do wonder, if I were handy with a needle, whether I could replace the elastic. ChatGPT seems to suggest I could.
Well, what is out there?

Pact does underwear made from organic cotton. It feels soft, non-irritable, breathable, and moisture-absorbing. So that’s all pretty good.
Cotton is known for its durability and ability to withstand regular wear and washing.
In terms of the elastic, Pact said: “we use a high-quality elastic for the waist band.”

Boody also have a cool option. Theirs are made from Bamboo. Soft, breathable, and durable, and feels incredible against your skin. Less likely to cause allergies too.
I thought it was a sustainable option, but the process of turning the bamboo into viscose is pretty chemical-intensive. So I’m not so sure.
The most important thing you can do to make your underwear last is the care. Follow the instructions — like washing at the right temperature.
Good luck with your underwear search!
